These grants help fund a wide range of services, so approved applicants can use their grants to start a business, healthcare, education, social services, or to pay bills. Federal grants are not loans that the recipient does not have to repay. This grant program is for residents of the United States. In this application, citizens, non-citizens, Employees, Unemployed or Retirees are considered. Not all applicants are approved as some information is required to process the application as there are cash grants ranging from $13,900 to new home grants of $100,000.
